Mike Holtzman is one of the world’s most honored and sought-after communications strategists.  He has served at the right hand of world leaders, senior executives,  and top civil society and religious figures, and has featured in some of the most high-profile campaigns in the world. 

Mike thrives in complex, win-lose legal and policy environments.  He led winning PR campaigns on behalf of two Olympic Bid city candidates (Beijing 2008 and Vancouver 2010), and a successful FIFA World Cup host nation. He spearheaded and helped pass two major United Nations Resolutions.   He has won nearly every major industry award conferred by the public relations industry, including being named “PR Person of the Year” by PR Week Magazine. 

Mike is a foreign policy expert who served as an Advisor in two US presidential Administrations (one Republican, one Democrat) and was Director of Public Affairs at The Council on Foreign Relations.

As President of Rally Public Affairs, Mike leads a team of seasoned diplomats and ex-officials, including Ambassador Mitchell Reiss, a diplomat noted for his work on the Korean peninsula. Rally specializes in big thinking, policy and legal knowledge, teamwork, a strong ethical compass, a global network of high-level contacts.
